PDF Editor ("we", "us") is operated by Sophisoft LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use PDF Editor (the "Service") and how we use it.
1. Your documents stay on your device
PDF files, images and other documents you open, edit or convert are processed entirely inside your web browser. They are not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see, read or store them. The only exception is when you leave to pay: the finished file is kept temporarily in your own browser's storage so it can be downloaded when you return, and it is deleted after that.
2. Information we collect

We do not receive your Google password, contacts, Drive files or any other Google data. We only request the basic profile (name, email, picture).
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and are never sent to or stored by us. Stripe shares with us only what we need to manage your plan (for example, that a payment succeeded and when a subscription renews).
4. Stored in your browser
Your browser may store signatures you created (so you can reuse them) and the file waiting to be downloaded after checkout. This data stays on your device; you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the Service — Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments) and Hostinger (hosting) — or when required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your account information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time by emailing support@sophisoft.pro. Payment records may be kept as required by tax and accounting law.
7. Security
The Service uses HTTPS, signed secure cookies and verified Google sign-in. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to its use. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for important changes we will notify signed-in users.
